Ages 10-14
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY at 5 PM STARTS: January 18 ENDS: March 31 This class is focused on giving youth the opportunity to see what their bodies can do and create healthy habits while extra-curricular activities are at a bit of a stand still. |
Ages 14-18
MONDAY & WEDNESAY 4PM FRIDAY 5PM STARTS: January 18 ENDS: March 31 This class is focused on giving teens the opportunity to build strength, improve performance and create healthy habits while they have the extra time in their schedule. |
All participants must register for a class 12 hours in advance using the MindBody App or through here. There is a maximum capacity of 8 people per class. All participants must wear a mask and bring their own water bottle. Classes are 60 minutes.
