Youth Training with Coach soup

Campbell (Soup) Antonini is our athlete coach here at LMF.
Campbell specializes in athlete training and development, giving youth and young adults a positive experience in an active environment.

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY at 5 PM
STARTS: January 18

This class is focused on giving youth the opportunity to see what their bodies can do and create healthy habits while extra-curricular activities are at a bit of a stand still.

This class is focused on giving teens the opportunity to build strength, improve performance and create healthy habits while they have the extra time in their schedule. 
All participants must register for a class 12 hours in advance using the MindBody App or through here.  There is a maximum capacity of 8 people per class.  All participants must wear a mask and bring their own water bottle.   Classes are 60 minutes. 

IMPORTANT:  When registering, please sign up using your child's name.
