Youth small Group Training
Our Youth Program is back with Coach Krista taking the lead. This Fall we will be focusing building good lifting techniques, developing good form and tracking from start to finish how much strength is built at the end of our training season! Classes run Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:15pm to 5pm September 12 to December 21 (there are no classes on Stat holidays) Ages 11-15 |
Youth Membership (2x/week) $144/month or drop in for $20
