How it works

Your MisFit Membership gives you full access to the above schedule.  All classes in GREEN are in-studio with a LMF Coach to guide you through your workout, as well as streamed live on Zoom for those with online memberships, or those days you can't make it to the studio but can workout at home or on the road.   

Detailed Class Desriptions

LMF Group  (BEAST) - your workouts build into your very own personalized training program with a trainer at your fingertips. Classes/programs progress each week and focus on strength, conditioning, fat loss, and so much more.  We take the time to work on your personal weaknesses and push you farther than you thought possible with your strengths. 
LMF Group  (Beginner BEAST) - the full BEAST experience, reimagined for beginners and newcomers. Every exercise in this class is the modified version, so there's no keeping up, no falling behind, and no pressure. Think of it as your on-ramp to something incredible.​
LMF Group /LITE - ideal for anyone interested in starting a fitness program or coming back from an injury or surgery. Whether it's your first time or it’s been a long time since you’ve been in a gym. We will go over proper techniques, mobility and functional training to make everyday life easier.  This class is great for seniors!
LMF Group/MASH UP - Cardio/strength/Mobility filled workout that will give you a new variety in your workout routine.  Perfect for all levels of fitness.  Seniors and Babies Welcome.  
LMF Group/MOBILITY - Unlock your body's full potential with Mobility Flow, a class dedicated to enhancing your range of motion, improving joint health, and building functional strength. This isn't a typical stretching class—we'll use active, controlled movements and a variety of techniques to systematically explore and expand the body's natural limits.
LMF Group/PUSH -Designed to push you outside your comfort zone. Challenge you on every level and leave sweat angles on the floor when you are done.  It's an intense full body workout each week.
LMF Group/STRETCH -The name sums it up. Every Sunday morning we will take some extra time to work on improving our mobility, and stretching out all the kinks so we can start the week off fresh.  
LMF Run Club - LMF Run Club is your invitation to hit the pavement - no pace required. Choose your distance with 1, 3, and 5km loops available, and go at whatever speed feels good. Walk it, run it, or mix it up along the way. Every lap counts.
