Introduction to Olympic Weightlifting Workshop
March 8 and 22, 2020 1:00pm – 3:00pm
This is a 2 hour practical workshop, focused on form and technique of the snatch and clean and jerk.
Be prepared to move and have fun as you learn a new sport

Structure of the workshop
$5 for LMF Members
BEGINNER - 12PM - $120
During 6 weeks Jenny will teach you the safe and effective basic principles of Pilates. Develop your body awareness and strength to hold your body in proper alignment. You will connect with your deep stability muscles of the torso. This is the first step when creating graceful ease of movement in the gym and throughout your day.
INTERMEDIATE - 1PM - $120
6 week program. Take the basic Pilates terminology and fundamental exercises and challenge your endurance, balance and coordination without increasing tension or pain. Stay curious about how your body moves and stabilizes while getting a well rounded strengthening work out.
