LMF Workshops

New Workshop!!

We are super excited to join forces with Lisa Halipchuk RMT and help you discover a new way of overcoming mobility issues that arise in your training.

Do you struggle with weak shoulders that don’t move like they used to? Do you wake up with pain and stiffness in your shoulders?

Or maybe, your shoulders are fine, but your hips are another story.  Do you struggle with low back pain and stiff hips after sitting too long? Do you struggle to sit, stand and sometimes walk without pain?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, join us!

On Sunday, March 12, 2023 at 2pm  for the SHOULDER

On Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 2pm for the HIP

We will teach you how each joint moves and how we can help get you a stronger and wider range of motion.

In these sessions we will assess each student, determine which movements hold you back and help you unlock a new level of free flowing movement and give you the tools to keep the progress growing.

Here are a few commonly asked questions we get when talking about RAPID:

What is RAPID?
RAPID Neurofascial Reset is a movement-based therapeutic technique that addresses the Central Nervous System's role in alleviating pain, tension, and restrictions in muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia.

What does a RAPID session look like?
Every session is a combination of examination and treatment. The therapist uses their hands to evaluate the texture, tightness, and movement of tissues. Painful areas are treated by combining precise tension with active client movements. It may be uncomfortable or "sensational" during the movement phase of treatment. This occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to help restore normal function and eliminate pain.

Why choose RAPID?
Clients choose RAPID because of the ‘rapid’ response to treatment. Treating the body at the neurological level stimulates a reprogramming of the tissue. Tight muscles relax, range of motion improves, and pain decreases. This helps individuals quickly get back to normal life. Movement and return to activity are highly encouraged after a RAPID treatment to reinforce the changes created by the body. RAPID is ideal for both acute and chronic conditions.

RAPID has the potential to successfully treat many complex painful musculoskeletal complaints such as: Sciatica, Plantar Fasciitis, Shin Splints, Bursitis, Frozen Shoulder, Migraines/Headaches, Back Pain, Vertigo, Tinnitus, Arthritis, Knee Pain, Golfer's and Tennis Elbow and so much more!

To dive into this with us, sign up for the session or sessions to tackle these ball and socket joints.  We promise you fun, interactive and informational sessions that will help you take your mobility and movement to the next level.
