STRETCH, the name sums it up. Every Sunday morning, we will take some extra time to work on improving our mobility and stretching out all the kinks so we can start the week off fresh.
PUSH is designed to push you outside your comfort zone, challenge you on every level, and leave sweat angels on the floor when you are done. It's an intense full-body workout each week.
