How your Membership works?
We believe your transformation requires a personal approach so we set ourselves apart by committing to being a Personal Training Studio that means you get a personalized approach within a group setting.
With LMF BEAST, your workouts build into your very own personalized training program with a trainer at your fingertips. Classes/programs progress each week and focus on strength, conditioning, fat loss, and so much more. We take the time to work on your personal weaknesses and push you farther than you thought possible with your strengths.
Two day a week to five day a week programs are available. We build and plan your workout for you, you complete the workout at your own pace at our studio with a trainer to assist you.
LMF Lite is a class ideal for anyone interested in starting a fitness program or coming back from an injury or surgery. Whether it's your first time or it’s been a long time since you’ve been in a gym. We will go over proper techniques, mobility and functional training to make everyday life easier. This class is great for seniors!
Rocket Yoga is a vinyasa style practice that is designed to “take you there faster”. Taking its roots from ashtanga, it is a more simplified version of the traditional style making it more accessible for all practitioners. This 60 min practice follows a set sequence out of the Rocket methodology, while still offering a variety of modifications and room for creativity within each week and position that will allow you to grow with your practice.
Holding the positions for a shorter amount of time, this practice pushes you to try each position and to hold no attachment to its outcome. You will be quickly moving on to the next!
This is practice is perfect for those who really want to get our of their heads and leave everything on the mat!
PUSH is designed to push you outside your comfort zone. Challenge you on every level and leave sweat angles on the floor when you are done. It's an intense full body workout each week.
Mash Up is cardio/strength/Mobility filled workout that will give you a new variety in your workout routine. Perfect for all levels of fitness. Seniors and Babies Welcome.
SWEAT if you are looking for a workout that will make you sweat this is it! This class is perfect combination of kettlebells meets bootcamp. No matter your fitness level all we ask is that you come ready to sweat.
STRETCH the name sums it up. Every Sunday morning we will take some extra time to work on improving our mobility, and stretching out all the kinks so we can start the week off fresh.
SPECIAL NOTE: All LMF Beast/Lite/Mash Up classes that are offered in studio, are also available live via ZOOM. Jump in with the crew for a workout while you stay home. This is a great way for you to still get your workout in, and be social with your fellow MisFits at the same time. Pick a class, log in, and get your sweat on!
