Our Next 100 Day Challenge:
Tuesday, September 5th at 12:00am to Thursday, December 14 at 11:59pm
The Rules:
1. Nutrition: Choose your option then we set you up for success by giving you all the information you need to make this happen, including meal plan ideas and the recipes to go with them. Whichever option you commit to, you must maintain for the 100 days.
1a. Nutrition Option A: Macro counting with flexible dieting guidelines – Hit your macro targets +/- 10 g and stay within your calorie window (with a 500 bonus calorie splurge meal each week if needed)
1b. Nutrition Option B; Portion Control (using our hand measurements and the meals chart) & Cleaning Eating = 5 ingredients or less for packaged food - lean meats - lots of vegetables - some fruit - nuts & seeds - limited dairy - NO SUGAR (with 1 bonus splurge meal a week) We will help you figure this all out and give you the tools to tackle the option you choose.
2. Must complete 5 x 45 minutes of movement each week – we program everything so there is no guess work. Also acceptable: 45 minute walks, jogs, runs, rucks, yoga.... can count towards this, they must be 45 minutes of consecutive movement.
3. Must have fun and participate in the challenges within the challenge – to be the BEAST you want to be, means you are going to have to step outside your comfort zone a bit – don’t worry we won’t make you do anything embarrassing or harmful. But to be a BEAST, you have to be in it to win it! Having a Facebook account is strongly encouraged, as this is where we post the challenges, daily motivations, recipes and meal plans.
4. Must take progress pictures weekly and complete scheduled check-ins (weekly).
