This challenge is simple: 84 Days. 5 simple steps. 5 seconds. Along with 1 commitment to yourself to put in the work.
The 5 Second Rule - If you have an instinct to act on a goal or idea, you must physically move within 5 seconds or your brain will kill it. The moment you feel an instinct or a desire to act on a goal or a commitment, use the Rule.

We feel it's important to add in that you don't have to do this work alone. We will be right beside you every step, every day. Making sure you stick to the plan and have a plan for the sticky situations.
5 Rules:
1. 5 workouts a week (can vary from 5 to 45 minutes)
2. Follow our 5 step nutrition plan
3. 5 Treats/Whoops' because life happens
4. Follow the 5 second rule - Mel Robbins
5. Must play along - there will be fun weekly challenges and weekly check-ins

Come join us for the afternoon. We will talk all things nutrition and debunk dieting myths.
This workshop will set you up for life and help you break the dieting cycle we've all been trapped in.
We will be offering this class via zoom as well as in person. (link will be sent out in your confirmation email as well as one hour prior to the talk - watch your inbox)
Proceeds from this workshop will be going to the Regina Community Fridge. We will also be accepting non-perishable food items and monetary donations as well that day.
